To my Boomer eyes, Biden looks best in his aviator glasses because these days his eyes alone do not communicate clarity of thought or strength. When he wears the glasses he seems to exude actual confidence and stature. Not to mention that looking like a jet pilot is much cooler than looking like an aged teenager. . . . Regarding the Silents, I think Brand’s POV/artistry aged much better than Mitchell’s. I’m going to be thinking about the Silents for the next while. Thanks.
