Where would you see resilience and anticipation fitting in our approach to climate change?

Truly a great piece. A quarter century later, two factors somewhat change the final conclusion: the emergence of random wildfires, relatively unpredictable, and, more importantly, the drought. The latter is no longer unpredictable, it’s just out there now as a clear and present danger. But who could have seen this in 1997? Not me.

This is one of my favorite pieces you have written. Wildavsky's Searching for Safety was, in my opinion, a terribly important book and few people have read it.
